We offer free shipping for all orders in the USA. We also have designated flat rate shipping fees for the following regions: Canada, Mexico, and International.

returns & exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from receiving your item to initiate a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To begin a return, contact us at hello@biblescapes.store and provide a receipt or proof of purchase. We’ll send you instructions on how to proceed and follow up from there. Exchanges and refunds are eligible for damaged or defective products, wrong products, or lost or damaged in transit. Items that do not qualify are those that were ordered in the wrong size or color or a delivery was unsuccessful. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

We work with many manufacturers and print providers, but we stand by everything we sell. Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us at hello@biblescapes.store right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

tracking & contact us

Once an order is placed through our website, you’ll receive order confirmation and then tracking information once the item(s) are shipped. Orders with multiple shipments will have separate tracking numbers. If you have any questions, the best way to reach is by emailing hello@biblescapes.store.
